bas8 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. Access to and use of this platform is governed by these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If bas8 waives the application of any provision in a particular situation, that will not constitute a general waiver of that provision.

These Terms may be available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. bas8 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• The name, address, and date of birth provided must be accurate.
• The mobile number must be verifiable and active.
• An email address may only be linked to one account.
• If any information changes, please notify the support team as soon as possible.

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.

bas8 will never ask for your password or full payment details. If anyone claiming to be a bas8 representative requests this information, it is a scam — report it to [email protected] immediately.

4.1 Payment Methods

bas8 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods only:

Transactions made through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted.

4.2 Limits

The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Transaction requests below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, it may take slightly longer due to banking system or network issues.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Using bas8 for illegal transactions or money laundering is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture and notification of the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bas8 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳6,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25x applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used on designated games or services.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on games outside of those approved for bonus play.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Manipulating or abusing the system to obtain bonuses will result in account suspension.

5.4 VIP Program

bas8's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Specific details on cashback amounts and tier progression will be communicated separately. bas8 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

All games on bas8 are operated using a fair Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of each round is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game round cannot be completed due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, the bet for that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned to the account. bas8 is not responsible for alleged winnings claimed by a player as a result of a technical error.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has defined minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets that exceed these limits will be automatically rejected.

6.3 Game Providers

bas8 hosts content from multiple game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each provider's gameplay rules can be found within the game interface.

Any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Creating multiple accounts.

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Facilitating the use of the platform by minors.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the reputation of bas8's services.

If bas8 identifies any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant authorities.

bas8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Instructions from a legal authority.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account. Any unused bonus balance will be cancelled.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or gaming activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. The support team will reach out regarding inactive accounts.
